Fugitive Pieces.

Read this one a few days ago, after I read The Painter from Shanghai.

This was different. About poet, Jacob Beer, and his life. So perhaps it is actually similar. Based around World War II, before and after. Different people in his life, mostly from his view. Apparently this book won the Orange Prize in 1997.

I'd honestly never heard of it before, but when this girl was advertising that she was selling all of these books I googled it, and well apparently quite a number of people have read it. Hence, I bought it.

Anyone else read it?
